The Role
As Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be a key driver in our growth engine, supporting high-impact acquisition campaigns and delivering insights that fuel smarter optimisation.
Reporting into our Marketing Director, you'll bring a solid mix of strategic awareness and hands-on execution. You'll launch campaigns, follow the data, and keep levelling up performance, making sure Purolabs shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling, or clicking.

Your Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Launch and optimise paid social campaigns, with primary focus on Meta Ads
- Support the development and delivery of a structured test-and-learn roadmap, from creative iterations to bidding strategies and audience segmentation
- Assist with campaign builds, ad set structures, and creative testing across platforms
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag opportunities or issues proactively
Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel performance
- Share insights that shape ongoing improvements and inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports
- Conduct competitor research and identify trends worth testing
Collaboration
- Work closely with our Creative Team to ensure campaigns are data-informed and aligned to growth objectives
- Collaborate with the wider team to share learnings and optimise the full customer journey
- Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for continuous optimisation
- Put forward business cases to trial new platforms and effectively communicate results
What You Bring
Essential
- 1-3 years experience in performance marketing for a DTC brand or performance marketing agency
- Hands-on experience launching and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta Ads essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Solid understanding of key e-commerce metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
- Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement challenges
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and improving
- Clear, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or beauty brands
- Understanding of CRO and what makes a high-converting landing page
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce analytics
- Experience with subscription platforms like Recharge or Skio
- Experience with tools like Triple Whale, Google Analytics 4, or similar
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or TikTok Ads
